Is there any cost to join the buyer list?

No. Joining is completely free and there's no obligation to act on any deal we send. You tell us your buy box, we match deals to it. You move when something fits, pass when it doesn't — no pressure either way.

How fast do deals move once you send them?

Fast. Off-market deals with real pricing don't sit. Serious buyers on our list typically respond within 24–48 hours. If you need weeks to decide, this list probably isn't the right fit. If you're set up to move quickly, it is.

How does the transaction actually close?

Most deals close via assignment of contract — you step into our position and close directly with the seller through a licensed title company. On larger deals where the spread warrants it, we can structure a double close. Either way, clear title at closing, handled professionally.
